Caring for Wooden cutting Boards is simple.
Wash by hand with warm water and plain dish soap on a regular nonabrasive sponge after use, and always dry thoroughly afterwards. Never put wood in the dishwasher and never let it drip dry. You’ve got a soft kitchen towel on hand for a reason, right?
Once in a while, depending on how often you’re washing your cutting board, rub a generous amount of food safe conditioning board butter all over your washed and dried board. Allow it to sink in for several hours or overnight if possible. Wipe off any excess and you’re good to go, no need to wash or rinse.
